Thank you for your interest in applying for our grant program. To ensure funds are distributed according to our donors’ guidelines, we must review your application to confirm eligibility. Below is a list of the information we may need from you to complete this process.
Documents you may be asked to provide
- Documentation of operation prior to Helene (i.e., 2023 tax returns)
- Personal/Business Tax Returns
- Receipts of purchased building materials or contractor quotes
- Employer Identification Number (EIN) – if applicable
- Copies of at least three W-2s issued to employees with a matching EIN – if applicable
- NC Secretary of State ID (SOSID) – if applicable
