Hot Springs is coming together for a full evening of celebration on Saturday, December 13, and everyone is invited to join the fun. From small-town tradition to live mountain music under the winter sky, this year’s holiday lineup brings the community together in all the best ways.

4:00 PM – Christmas Parade (Downtown Hot Springs)
Kick off the evening with our annual Christmas Parade rolling through downtown. We were unable to hold a parade last year due to the severe damage from Hurricane Helene, so we’re especially excited to bring this tradition back. Expect decorated floats, local groups, and plenty of community cheer as neighbors line the streets to welcome the season. It remains one of Hot Springs’ favorite gatherings and a meaningful way to begin the night’s festivities.
Holiday Sleigh Photo Spot
Hot Springs Spa & Resort will have a sleigh and lights set up as a Christmas selfie station.
Cookie Exchange & Hot Chocolate
Vaste Riviere will have a cookie exchange and hot chocolate available at both locations.
Guess the Candy Canes, Win a Holiday Treat
Vinyl Pies is hosting a candy cane guessing contest for a free pie and a special decorated Gingerman dessert.
All-day Discounts and Holiday Treats
State Line Antiques will offer all-day discounts and homemade cookies.
6:00 PM – Christmas Tree Lighting
After the parade, make your way to the lawn between the Post Office and Hot Springs Rafting Co. for the official tree lighting. Luminaries, light snacks, hot chocolate, and cider will be waiting. We’ll count down together as the lights come on, filling the heart of town with a warm holiday glow. Bring your family, your friends, and anyone who loves this time of year.
6:00 PM – Live Music at Big Pillow Brewing
6–9 PM at Big Pillow Brewing — Enjoy an evening of live music with Tina & Her Pony, known for their warm harmonies and Appalachian-inspired sound. Settle in with friends, soak up the music, and take advantage of $1 off all pints throughout the night.
7:00 PM – “Deck the Holler” at Spring Creek Tavern
Cap off the night with a lively performance by Pierce Edens and Kevin Reese for Deck the Holler, a foot-stomping blend of Appalachian rock and holiday spirit. The show takes place on the brand-new tavern deck, built back stronger after Hurricane Helene. Come enjoy great music, good company, and a moment of joy in the heart of Hot Springs.
