When and where does the festival take place?
The 2025 Town and Trailfest will take place on Friday, May 2nd and Saturday, May 3rd. The events will take place in downtown Hot Springs, NC.

What happens in case of bad weather or an emergency during my shift?
The festival will happen rain or shine, so bring a light jacket and a rain coat just in case. We will have medical and security teams on site.
Can I volunteer with a friend or group?
Of course! As the saying goes, the more, the merrier. Just have them fill out their own application so we know to expect them.
Are there any restrictions on taking photos or videos while volunteering?
